It is incredibly important that we have Arizona First poll watchers at each and every location in Arizona. If you are in Maricopa County, there is a process you can go through to become a Poll Watcher and you should begin this process as soon as possible.

Stop SB2102
SB2102 is a Bill that passed the Arizona Senate with bipartisan support. It is a Bill that enables the state government to engage in an extreme invasion of privacy. Essentially, the Bill requires that all individuals arrested for any felony have their DNA collected. This includes non-violent felonies (such as mushroom possession). Even if an individual has their charges lowered, dismissed, or otherwise – the DNA would still have to be collected. This gross invasion of our privacy was passed by both Republicans and Democrats – including the Majority Leader (Gray) and the Minority Leader (Rios). The Democrat Whip (Quezada) and Kelly Townsend led a Senate opposition, though it was unsuccessful.
The Bill is now headed to the House where it must be defeated. The Minority Whip has confirmed that he is against the Bill while the Majority Whip (Biasiucci) has not made any statements. Contact your local State House Representative at the following link and demand that they STOP SB202:
