Arizona has nine Congressional Districts.
A Congressman represents approx. 800,000 people in our Federal Government. They vote as a participant in a large 435-member body that forms half of our Legislative Branch alongside the 100-member Senate. Whereas Senators are elected statewide, Congressmen are elected from only their district. These districts change every ten years after the Census. In Arizona, we have an Independent Redistricting Commission that selected the following map on 22 December 2021 for the decade of 2022-2031.
Currently, Republicans have a 6-3 majority AZ Congressional delegation.

In 2022, Democrat Mark Kelly defeated Republican Blake Masters. In 2024, Independent (former Democrat) Kyrsten Sinema will not run for re-election and the spot will be taken by a Republican or the far-left Ruben Gallego (D).
